Idea for galley setup

I am going to be building a standie and decided not to build the galley inside so I have been looking for a way to get the galley I want. I have looked at all the great galley ideas that you talented folks have come up with but I was ultimately drawn to the simplicity of the chuck box. The only real problem as often commented was the loaded weight of the box making it difficult to move and set up.
I came across this item http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/d ... umber=2915 from Harbor Freight.
I'm thinking that with a little bit more ingenuity I can build a working unit that would allow you to drop the wheels and take enough weight off the tongue so that it can be removed from the receiver, rolled to its setup point, and deployed quickly. Something like the Drifta kitchen units www.drifta.com.au/
As always, tips and comments are appreciated :D

Great Idea no galley in the trailer means more space and a Chick Box on wheels can be very functional and not to heavy to off load. That Drifta sight is full of ideas for you too.

Cheers

I'm in the middle of a standie, But I can't help thinking of putting a kitchen in the back with double doors that would open to a galley.

I was also thinking a pullout with a standie would be a good idea. You could actually have 2 of them that started just aft of the wheel wells and pulled out to the back -- kind of a surround kitchen. When you push them back in they would be under the benches (either side of a table) so they wouldn't be in the way.
