I need some ideas for a slide out cooler. I'm looking at sliding out a Coleman power chill cooler mounted chest style. The cooler is 15" deep, the gally is 15.125" deep.

Thanks

...unless you plan on running the Coleman on 120vac shore power, my question is WHY...they are terribly inefficient, will kill a battery in less than a day and since they only cool to 40 below ambient, they will leave your bologna green and your drinks tepid on our hot Southern days...there are better options, such as Engel/Waeco.EdgeStar 12/120 volt compressor units and Dometic 3way units...heck, even ice inna good cooler is better.................

They make drawer slides that slide ALL the way out. You could make a shallow drawer type mechanism and put it on the bottom of your galley. I have a set that I've never used.

Thanks mad jack

That is a good tip. They are a little pricy, but they look like the way to go.

Anybody have pictures of thier slide outs?

Yeah, but it ain't in a Tear Drop and it's just an ice chest on 100# 16" drawer slides.
