The most vulnerable place on the plywood is the endgrain, that is the place that usually wicks up the water and causes delamination. Is your undercoating enough? I dunno, did you make it waterproof?
I went to an extreme to prevent water from entering the plywood floor on my teardrop, it was encapsulated in epoxy resin, the end grain got 3 coats the flat exterior 2 coats. Then it was coated with the black goo from hell, better know as plastic roof coating mostly to absorb the impact of road debris, rocks, etc. It's another one of those "personal preference" things.
