Where's the fiberglass? and insulation?

Does anyone have any thoughts on fiberglassing the exterior walls and roofs of our babies? There seems to be a curious absence of the material within this forum. Why? Just not worth the effort?

Also, I see everybody putting great effort and thicknesses of insulation in the ceilings but not much on the side walls... why is that?

Respectfully,

Several have fibreglassed but many like the woodgrain so use epoxy without cloth.

Most tears use a 1/2" or 3/4" solid plywood wall so no insulation. Some have used a foam core with thin ply skins.

Gaston built with 'glass over foam. A real beauty, which, unfortunately got in a wreck. His album is HERE
I've built a bunch with 'glass over wood with clear varnish.

The SlumberMAX is fiberglass/epoxy on the roof and epoxy only on the sides. It is sprayed with auto clear coat (Dupont Chromaclear) in lieu of varnish. Seems pretty good so far...

I am in the process of building a plug for a fiberglass mold.

I think much of the "why don't they" is due to the added cost and effort.
I would be done already if not for fiberglass... My goal is a tear with 0 wood content.
