some designs have the top half hinge up for standing room.

I'm thinking of a t/d type a-liner, sides fold in, back and front fold down.

Another thought is reving the wheels and placing it on casters.

Serro Scotty.

This trailer though not stored in a garage was built in the garage behind it with a standard 8' door. And it probably would have fit through a 7'6" door.

A very easy trailer to build.

Originally Designed and built by John Serro

He was inducted into the RV Hall of Fame for it.

"A pioneer travel trailer manufacturer, he developed his company building small 10-13 foot long garagable units,"

Many people on the board here own either them or similarly designed units.

The secret is Big Wheels and a dropped floor.

Another design is the Metzendorf.

Almost the same thing.

There's really nothing to the 13', which are really 10' Scotty Sportsman or the small Metzendorf. (the 12' Rear Door Scotty is a totally different animal)

A 4' wide bed across the back. A dinette in the front. And some cabinets in the center.

  Oh, horseapples..... we were there for two days. We Indians sneak in and sneak out, you have to get the evidence while you can.

I'm glad you did come over and checked out the build, it was good to see you again.
