I want a galley hatch latch/lock that has two rods going to each side wall with a T-handle centered in the hatch. What are these called and where do I get it?

I don't know what they are called but you might check with Camp-Inn. ;)

Check your local big box store in the garage door section. I know they have the handles, might have the rods

I received my order from Austin Hardware yesterday for a device similar to what Gage is showing. Austin Hardware refers to it as a 2 PT. ROD LOCK w/48"rods. The cost was only about $15 plus shipping. I ordered a locking T-handle for approx $7 but received an L-handle instead and decided to just keep that. I haven't taken pictures yet but could if you would like.

You have a link for that? I'm at Austin Hardwares site, and the only rod locks I'm seeing are like $100+ ??

Unfortunately they do not list all their items on the web site. I have an old catalog listing the parts along with pictures so I called and gave the salesman the old numbers and he cross referenced with the new. I was extremely surprised at the dollar amount because like you the only ones I saw were in the 100.00 range. If you will notice about all of those are of the slam latch mechanism. The old catalog number is 3-384 for 36" rods or 3-384-48 for the 48" on page 205 and the invoice part number is EMC 5646 ZN if that helps. I'm not sure of the handle number because what they sent is not what was ordered.
 Come to think about it the rod length sent is not what was ordered either. Oh well, I was going to have to cut it to size anyway.

I just searched their website for EMC 5646 ZN and it came up $95?! I guess I'll call them next week when I'm ready to order and see what they say. Thanks!
