Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

Anyone buy a set of plans off Ebay that requires drop down feeder doors? The plans said I could switch out the door hardware with Fastec ind. Trailer door locksets so I got those- but they don't fit and I am having a daisey of a time figuring this out! There has to be more than one person who has had this issue...I hope.

I have "feed doors", but I dont know why you'd want to switch out the hardware. The locks/handles that my doors came with are perfect. Maybe you can elaborate?
