I know I know not another Pet cool question

I have looked thru all the threads, and have not found what I am looking for. My current build for a young lady is to have connections for a Pet cool unit. We don't even have the unit yet, so I am going on the info I have seen on the forum to install it. Below is my connection/installation so far. The 2 - 2" pvc pipes are tucked in behind an access door, where the pipes run thru the bottom of the forward cabinets. Am I right about the 2" connections? It is not too late to change it if needed.

That's correct! Check out my gallery for a few pictures of my Silver Shadow modification for PetCool ducting. I had a heck of a time choosing the method I wanted to do. I eventually decided on a threaded coupling and then threading an adapter to standard pvc connection on either side, using sealant, foam, and a plastic cover on both sides all squished between the adapters that I screwed onto both sides of the threaded coupling squishing everything together.

Th PC inlet outlet are 60mm OD. I still have the hose from our failed attempt (it was not big enough for our tear).

60mmOD/2"ID ?? - the dimensions are close enough that the connection hoses that come with the pet cool fit tightly & work great Dan. Here's pix of my installation (not as neat as yours but it works for me) using the 2" Schedule 40 PFC ( I use the slip on 'endcaps' as dust covers instead of an access door). I think the hoses should be long enough to reach your connections while the PC is setting on the ground but if not, shouldn't be a great chore to make a base that'll raise it a few inches.

I don't have any pictures to show, because I haven't installed my Petcool yet.

My Petcool will be in a tongue box. The supply side will be ducted through the box into the teardrop. I am using 2 1/2" flex duct (for woodworking dust collection) to a 2 1/2" x 2" wye (for automotive hvac hose) to two-2" ducts to two vent grills in my headboard cabinet. The return air will come from the galley bulkead and be ducted under the teardrop to the tongue box. I haven't figured out what I going to use, but am leaning toward using rectangular aluminum downspout pipe and insulating it.
