Hi everyone. I just wanted to ask if anyone has ever used Plasti-Cote Roof Coating for their build? The manufacturer claims it can put over wood(brushed on or rolled on), is very durable as a skin covering.
What do you folks think?

That is a really interesting idea. I searched a while but couldnt come up with any more info or even a decent pic. My google-fu let me down. I'm curious to hear what anyone has to say. Esp for applications on wood.

Not really. What I've seen online is only $40 a gallon. I claims to cover 200 square ft. per.
Look up Elasti-Cote also.

I see they have aluminum and vinyl. I don't see anything that can be brushed or rolled on as a coating over an existing surface.

The web site has a dealer locator. I haven't checked it but I plan to do so. In TN we are having some major flooding today, so we are all glued to the TV.

It doesn't appear to be available at the big box stores. It seems to be an RV product. It does look like it is available online.
