Directly attach aliminium panels to inner frame

I think about attach aliminium or steel 1mm panels to directly inner frame. How can ı do that?
İs there any design done like this?

How can ı attach them to inner pine frame. I dont want to use plywood panels? How can ı do that?

And ı want to know the scottish aliminium sided teardrops, how you can attach panels? Sometype glued?

Two possibilities I can think of screws or 3M VHB tape, IF you seal the wood. It is used to hold the sides of truck bodies on.

Another possibility is to not attach it at all. Float it just like you would if it were over plywood.
