Anyone know of a source for precut frame gussets?

Dean, I've never heard of anything like that, but they are easy to make. Just cut your tubing into gussets. I plan to do that on mine.

Chris,
I know they are easy to make, I've made many over the years...
I'm just trying to save myself some time... Something I don't have enough of.
My brother is in the same situation that I'm in and it took about a month and a half for the two of us to hook up, just to get the steel for the frame... he's busy running his jobs and I'm busy running mine.
If I cant find precut ones, I'll get them sheared from flat stock...

Dean,
I'ld love to do it. How many? How thick? What size? You want a hole in them??

Thanks guys...
I think I've wasted enough time looking for them online...
I got some pretty interesting search results... one being lingerie of all things.
Looks like I'll just get them sheared...
BTW- Thanks for the JCW link for those stabilizer jacks madjack...
They should be here next week. (Free Shipping)
I had found a set of four on ebay and the price was right until the last day of the auction... The winner paid more for those used ones because of shipping, than what I paid for these new ones from JCW with their free shipping offer.

...anytime Dean, glad I could be of help to ya, by the way Redneck trailer has precut gussets but they are 16ga sheet metal and meant for the sides of a horse trailer(I think), if you don't have a Redneck dealer locally try tjtrailers.com

My buddy (who welded my frame) uses them on his roll cages. They are small but effective. I looked at all the pics on his website and this is the only one where you can see one. If you look at the intersection of the driver's down tube and the dash bar you can kind of see it. It is obscured by the rear X brace, since they are all black, it all blends together. I could ask him where he gets them.

Try these guys, I've bought stuff from them when building cages and race cars.

Gussets? I don't need no stinkin' gussets.....that's one of the reasons I used angle iron to build my frame. :D

I'm pretty dogone sure that I could get by without them... (Being sarcastic)
...But, the main purpose is to have a bolt down area for the deck.
Actually got through to my brother... I was going to have his shop shear them for me, but he'll be back on Monday, so he's cutting them for me for Free!
