kenskill 47 Glue to use for aluminum to wood ?

what is the recommended glue to use to stick the polished aluminum to the plywood sides. The Guy where i bought the aluminum siding recommended 3M Contact Cement

That will work, just scuff up the back side with coarse sandpaper to give the glue some tooth. :D Danny

I don't glue mine at all...just let it float and allow such things as vents/fenders/lights/ect to capture and hold the AL in place..............

p.s. I do use a couple of air driven staples(to be covered by trim) to hold the AL in place while the build proceeds.........MJ

when i restored mine i did not use glue , i was told that over time with heat and cold the aluminum would not stay bonded to the wood anyway.
I would not use glue
