Galley design considerations

In my quest for 'have my cake and eat it too' design, I'd like as much versatility as I can design in. I would like to build the galley as a unit that can be installed and removed as needed (using allen bolts). I would like to design the frame so I can have sliding doors on both the outside, functioning from the hatch, and the inside, functioning from the cabin. The cabinet space would not be reserved exclusively for the galley or the cabin but by either. I may have to go with hardwood framing? I'm sure this must have been done before. Does anyone have an example of how they designed theirs?
Thanks,
Barrie

Barrie,
I did something like that with our cargo conversion's galley. The entire thread is
here.
The original plans had folding tables on interior and exterior.
The design changed as I went as the height of the benches and cushions were higher than I original thought. The exterior still has folding table top but the interior now has a piece of vinyl with velcro on edges to attach around the edge of galley. I purchased tracks for doors for inside but came up with idea for the vinyl (more complete access from interior when rolled up versus the doors).
The exterior:
Interior (closed):
Interior (open):
The galley consists of the upper section and lower section (that includes the cross bench). They are all removable from the trailer.
This isn't a teardrop but perhaps it will help you finalize your design.

Thanks Nathan! Removable totes; I love it. That never crossed my mind but...really, light, inexpensive, accessible from both inside/outside, removable one at a time to carry to the house for packing or the picnic table for lunch; brilliant! I LOVE the sliding table top. This is exactly the type of idea I'm looking for an appreciate your input. Now this is something to ponder.
Thanks again,
Barrie

Slowcowboy. It is impolite to spell a person's name incorrectly, especially when it is posted in front of you.

And some things are best left alone.
As for the storage issue. While the bins work well, I would be concerned that the cabin space be sealed somehow from the galley. Just to keep insects from getting in where you sleep when the hatch is up.

Thanks guys.
The velcro on the edges of the vinyl does seal off the inside of the galley. We used kids swimming noodles to wedge between the galley and the walls of the trailer near the back door to seal that gap. The insects were a concern.
