Greetings all:
Well after reading everyword on this entire site, plus a couple answers from Mike and Grant, I started my "Modified Weekender".
I have a custom made 5 x9.5 frame with the torsion axle plus room for a basement.
I want it to last for years and be as maitenance free as possible so I decided to paint the frame with the Hurculiner truck bed coating. I did the entire 2" square tube frame, again keeping up with my family motto of
"Overkills the Thrill" with two nice thick coats, well...I only used about 3 inches out of the gallon can. So now I have enough to do the entire bottom of the floor. Talk about a nice durable finish !
So far in one weeekend I have the entire frame coated, the floor done and insulated, now I have to work on the 24 x 36 basement, So much for one weekend, oh-well. I'll post pictures as I move forward.

OK, so it's been two years - how did this hold up?

I'm assuming you're still active here 8)

I'm curious too.

I'm thinking about putting some on my fenders.

I used Hurculiner on the insides of the fenders on my street rod pick-up about 4 years ago and it has held up great. No chipping and it sticks real well. I plan on using Herculiner on the undersides of my teardrop if I ever get started on it. Nice hearing from another Minnesotan. Good luck on your build.

I'm going to use it this winter. I'm going to coat the bottom half of my camper with it, and the underside.

Yes, it has held up great!

It's been through 2 full Minnesota camping seasons, and two Minnesota Winters sitting outsde.
This is an amazing product.
The entire frame and exposed floor bottom have 2 full coats of the
Hurculiner Bed liner coating.

Im still thinking of selling my Weekender" to start my next TTT
My next build will have the Hurculiner undercoating also.

Everyone be safe this 4th.

Thanks for the reply!

We're now debating between this stuff, regular roof cement or now today I had SealBest White Elastomeric Roof Coating popup on the radar. Seems a local RV shop recommends it for floor sealing too.
