Gracias!!!

Hi, finally I'll start with the construction of my tears at home, I buy the pipes for the trailer and now I want to buy the wheels,

The first question I want to do, that I recommend that thickness is the phenolic (wooden plates) on the walls? I'm going to do simple, without being doubles without insulating the center.

12mm is very thin?

Thanks!

Time to make some sawdust.

12 mm is pretty thin for a single wall. My single walls are 24mm.

Google Translation:

12 mm is about 1/2 inch thick, which should be fine.

24 mm is basically one inch thick plywood. That is HEAVY!.

Yahoo/Babelfish Translation:

Plywood in the USA is not sold in metric sizes. Our normal sizes convert to 12.7mm and 19.05mm. The correct thickness of my walls is 19.05mm.

¡Ah! No estaba seguro si era portugués o español. Conseguido lo. Es español.

Wasn't sure if it was Portuguese or Spanish. It is Spanish.

Buen trabajo. Guárdenos informó. Será muy interesante mirar.

Good work. Keep us informed. Will be interesting to watch.

I have a concern with this weld - It appears that the bracket has an offset to compensate for the spring. This is a point where most of the force of the camper is going to get transferred to the axle, multiply this by four - one for each weld joint offset and it adds up. It needs something to brace the end that is hanging over the side - a gusset maybe?
