I'm getting ready to do the final cut on my doors. I am using a "T" molding (aluminium) to seal the doors. How much smaller should the doors be compared to the opening?

Well to cut my doors I just used a 1/4” Router Bit a door template and routed the doors and then trimmed them.

How thick are your doors. I'm talking about doors and openings that are 1 1/4" thick. You need a little space for the door trim and some more space for the door to clear the opening when opening and closing the door.
