I have a set of each, doors and windows.
While I was at CRA this past weekend, I noticed most of the doors were installed so that, the window opens-Up. Allowing the screen to be at the bottom and the breeze to be at mattress level...
I'm wondering what are others' thoughts or ideas on which way to install ...?
Screen down - the slider would go up
or
Slide down, screen up

If you install them screen up and the latch fails, you could have them open up while traveling down the road. Not a big deal unless you are on gravel or it is raining. Also I would think they would be more likely to leak rain even when properly latched.

Mine are little guy doors. And the sreen is at the bottom with weep holess.
The ideal way for the window to be open is a left to right slider so they dont fall open and so all the wind isnt at face level when the fantastic fan is running. My opinion.

When I got my doors they had nice little stickers on them labeling them as 'DS' and 'PS' with arrows pointing up. When installed driver and passenger side, respectively, according to the up orientation on th sticker, the doors had the windows opening down, opened to the rear, not front, had weep holes in the top, and bottom alingment blocks in the top. Just a heads up, this issue is out there.
