I've seen a couple people use similar galley latch/locks. They are really clean looking. The handles are not difficult to locate (HomeDepot has them), but I can not find anywhere on the web that has the hidden mechanism that controls the bars. Who sells these?

You can also find them on any used pickup topper. If you are going on a budget get a cheap pickup topper and have windows and a Galley latch.

mcmaster.com has the locking bar mechanism to engage both sides, but I have not seen them carry one with a center latch and locking bars.
