hello
Well we have owned our tt-trailer for a couple weeks and it is time to start renovations.
First order of business is windows and doors! I like the 26" x 36" Teardrop Trailer Door Tinted Glass With Radius Corners & Black Frame seen on ebay. Does anyone have comments on these doors or better suggestions.

I just ordered those doors from Frank Bear on EBay. I am building for my custom build. Frank is an amazing person to work with and the doors are fantastic! One of the best things about the doors is that the windows open up from the bottom giving you a breeze when you are laying down.
I can't wait to have my build done and get out there.

I have a couple of tips on these pre-made doors.
Make sure to measure once, twice, three times before you cut. You might want to mock up the door opening in cardboard first. The size of the opening is smaller than you expect. I used the inner ring as a template and the door opening was too big.
Make sure you set the door bottom at the top of your mattress so you can roll out of bed and exit without pinching your legs on the aluminum edge.
Third, the doors are a little tight to close at first. You have to really slam them from the inside which can wake up your partner. The other technique is to pull real hard and push on the frame. My 11 year old can't figure them out.
Surf the forum for problems with leaks along the lower edge when towing in heavy rain. I have not encountered this problem yet.
Overall I really like them.
