I wonder how much glue to sandwich 2 4x8 plywood? If it's on an interior wall in a house "X". I know the more the better but it seems to dry out before I put the ply together. (Three tubes of glue).

I've had good results with Titebond.
I started out using Gorilla glue. After a while, I switched to Titebond III It is much easier to clean the inevitable drips with Titebond III, especially on finished surfaces.

For wood to wood joints, I don't think you can beat Titebond III, or even II for that matter.

I used both titebond II & III exclusively on my build. I haven't seen any problems with either one yet.

I have used Gorilla, Titebond 2 and 3 as well as Elmer's Pro-Bond
I prefer the Gorilla and TB3 HOWEVER, I am currently using TB2 on all my projects for a specific reason. We have a local "flea market" type magazine here called "The Paper Shop". I paruse it constantly. I ran across a guy who had 5 5gallon buckets of TB2 for sale for $40 a bucket. Since TB2 is about $19 a gallon at Lowes, I jumped on the deal, and gave him $100 for all 5 buckets. Needless to say I am WELL stocked on TB2 and will be using it for most projects for a while to come.

25 gallons of glue! Yep, I'd say you are well stocked. I used Titebond II, Gorilla Glue, Polyurethane caulk, and epoxy. I didn't like the foaming action of the gorilla glue.

It's amazing:
I don't really shop at Lowes much, but I haven't seen TB III anywhere else. Only TBII.
Does this make any sense?

Mark,
What didn't you like about the Elmers Pro Bond. I picked some up at Home Depot this weekend. It was about half as expensive as Gorilla Glue.

The Pro-Bond seemed awfully "runny" to "liquidy" if that makes any sence to you. It seemed to run all over the place.

Thanks Marck. I'll watch for that.
