Attaching trim

I am using aluminum angle for the outside trim moulding, attached with ss screws. My question is, how much spacing should I leave between each screw for a proper seal and the most strength?

Depends on if you anneal your trim or not I guess and how tight your radius is. The width of your hand seems like a good place to start on the straight areas and maybe more or less in the radius areas. The RV Insert molding some use has holes spaced every 3 7/8" and has a crease in the center that makes contact the whole length. If you haven't purchased your angle yet I strongly recommend the insert molding. It's the one right of the shiny center one.:D Danny

Thanks for the info. I havn't purchased trim yet but am ready to. I have never annealed aluminum before but am going to give it a try. Have gotten lots of information from this site.
I will be running it from flat level then going in to a 15 degree slope to the end. The length of the bend is about 5 ft.
