Wooden Fenders
Posted: Sat Jan 21, 2012 8:44 amI was thinking about making my fenders out of wood. Is there a reason I shouldn't do that? Will the wood get too beat up? I was also thinking about bending my own steel fenders if that was a bad idea. Any suggestions from you all would be greatly appreciated.
...! If you are worried about possible inside damage from road debris, you should think about spraying the inside with bed-liner material (which is a good idea got fiberglass fenders, as well).
