help with repairing bubbled luan

After I installed the inside wall it settled and bubbled is there anyway to repair this. It is only a small area I can live with it but would like to fix it. Thanks.

A picture would be helpful. It's really hard to visualize exactly what you are talking about.

This is something I've seen a lot of on skateboard ramps sheeted with luan. Repair success varies, but you're usually better off to make the effort. If you don't, the bubble will sometimes crack and develop into a long split. The solution is to carve out some of the blister with a razor knife, backfill with quality wood glue, then clamp the damaged area flush with the surrounding surface till it dries and feather it in with sandpaper. The clamping is the hard part, since we're talking about a surface. If it's a flat wall you can use a chunk of thick ply and a cinderblock. If it's a curved wall, you'll have to get creative.
IMHO, the sheets that do this either didn't dry properly before stacking and shipping, or got water-damaged at some point. Not that the lumberyard cares, just my two cents.
