I thought someone may have posted something similar but im struggling to find anything in the search,
anyway,
After alot of thinking, im pretty sure im gonna go for 1/2" plywood walls to keep the weight down. Im insulating the roof but not bothering with the walls anymore. To keep weight down i'd prefer to use 12mm (1/2) ply with alu skin instead.
My main question is, would this be enough meat to screw items such as the door piano hinges too etc?
Im not bothered too much about the thickness for the roof edge fitting as im using Aggie's awesome idea of one continuous nailer block from plywood. So in reality for the roof edge ill have the 1/2" wall + 3/4" nailer block
Im just concerned about other items like the doors. And also finding t moulding for the doors which is 1/2 and not 5/8
