Looks alot of work to me its a 1975ish Komfort trailer. in talking to him sounds like some water damage. i said teh windows need to come out to reseal and it needs some skin repair. so i said you might as well rip it all off redo the wiring add new insulation 1/8th plywood sides and new paint. update teh propane regulators. fiberglass teh seams and wow new trailer. it will barely fit into his garage.
