Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

Does anyone know of a supplier for aluminum skin in salt lake. Also what gauge is appropriate?

There is a huge price break at 100#. So, buying 5 5X12 sheets was actually less expensive than buying 4 sheets. .040 inches is a common thickness for skinning a teardrop and 5052 is a common alloy.

Thanks Gus, I will give them a try.

Try calling some of the semi-trailer repair shops. I just called on my usual supplier today and got a price of 12.40 a running foot on 103" .040 material. Doug

I just picked up some aluminum from the place in salt lake mentioned in this thread. They were super helpful and easy to work with.
