Plenty of that used on mobile homes.
It works well for the intended purpose, which is to protect the underside of the floor, the insulation, plumbing, heat ducts, etc.
It is not actually a "board" it is a heavy duty woven plastic, designed to be flexible.
Ductwork and insulation hang below the frame in a MH. and this fabric is draped/will conform to the high and low areas.
It works well to protect the belly on the trip from factory to home site, and then for years while static.
If you have a flat area to protect, epoxy, asphalt based products, or some other hard impervious product may serve your needs better.
Anytime you put a loose sheet over something there is a big chance moisture will be trapped in between. In a MH. application any moisture that gets in will migrate to a low spot, away from the wood.
You could glue it to the bottom board, but just painting the bottom board would be a better solution.
If you are trying to protect insulation, plumbing, etc, a rigid belly board will last far longer than the above if exposed to road debris.
