A T@B has a King sized bed. The Bed is 70x80, and the trailer is just over 6' wide.

CK, You may be the first one to do it. It could be the start of something.

I never take the wife AND the girlfriend at the same time so I figured queen size was plenty when I built mine!

Well, we've been practicing in the small space that a 4' would provide...and finding it STILL isn't enough room. We have king at home...and that is plenty, and on a queen, we begin to have difficulties. Unfortunately, we are both sprawlers

Going between a queen and a king would likely be perfect. Just wide enough, we don't bump elbows and knees as often...and long enough, I don't have cold feet (6'1"--7' when I stretch out).

The monstrosity would be pulled by a Ford Expedition if it were built. We bought it to initially pull a big enough pop-up, but then ended up going in the realm of teardrops.

More sleeping area

I have designed a modified teardrop that will sleep 2 6'4" people in 2 bunks + the lower bunk will convert to a futon size berth for 2. It is 9' long by 6'5" wide by 4' high. Plus it has an enclosed porta potti area. It is amazing what you can fit into a small area without cluttering it up. I will post pictures as I progress.

Amazingly, Andrew's 2+2 would fit a California King mattress with barely a modification :-)
