Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

Pre-build question regarding the structural integrity for walls.

My plans are to get the profile done on the external skin and then add the internal wall frame to that, then adding the internal skins on last. But now I'm wondering if this plan is setting myself up for some structural integrity problems down the line. This probably works great for most of the smaller TT's out there, but I'm building something to the scale of this: http://tnttt.com/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=41666, with walls just shy of seven feet from the bottom of the trailer. (4" trailer frame, 2 1/4" flooring, 2" roof, 6'2 internal height= 6'10 1/2" body height)

So is a seven foot wall too tall to trust to something built that way, or should I be fine as long as I use enough internal bracing? I'm planning on using mostly 1x4s and 1x2s for the internal bracing.

Side Note: Since I don't have a table saw I'll probably end up using off the shelf 1x lumber too (which I hate, but I don't really have the space to keep a table saw to rip with, and my schedule to work on this is too disjointed for a rental to make sense)

If you fashion your internal wall structure like the Aloha that you linked to, I don't see a problem.

If you are planning on using both internal and external skins made from a sheet material like plywood, then I don't see any problem.

If you were copying the Aloha construction exactly, with just aluminum outside skin, then the quality of the internal framing wood becomes quite important as that will be holding up the trailer on its own some of the time.

Yeah, I guess I didn't give enough details in the original message. The external skin will be 1/2 plywood and the internal frames will be mostly 1x2s and 1x4s. so I'm guessing I should be okay.
