Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

I'm building door/s hollow core. I need a block to mount the latch. The question, what size? I will likely go with the lil bear latch but can't find dimentions for them.
Also thinking about a single door, the trailer will be use mostly by me alone, or with the wife, or with one daughter, but I'm the only one who makes midnight potty runs.

I also used the lil bear latch and mine measured 2" by 3-3/8". I also used a 1/4" thick block to stand it off from the door enough so it would latch properly. My door and camper is 3/4" oak ply.



On the outside I had to recess part of the t-molding so the handle would fit.
