The frame was welded. I used screws to attach the floor to the frame.

I used carriage bolts to bolt the 5/8" plywood deck directly to the trailer frame using the existing holes in the frame. I then used longer carriage bolts and fender washers to bolt the perimeter nailers (2X4 on the sides and 2X6 on each end) to the plywood deck. Then used 3" deck screws to fasten my 3/4" side walls to the nailers. (some folks might say that I tend to overbuild but I sleep well at night)

Guess I should have clarified. Your wood frame of the camper not the trailer.

i used drywalll screws, to some is heresy, there are plenty of good wood screws and if you do pocket jig plenty of screws for that. Mc Feelys comes to mind. http://www.mcfeelys.com/

i am told and believe taht the screws hold the pieces together until the glue sets up. I used Gorilla wood glue but hear titebond 3 is better.

Other than brads to hold the interior paneling up till the glue set, i didnt use any nails.

Screws and construction adhesive.
Staples and construction adhesive when laminating the two sheets of 3mm of ply for the roof.
All covered with glued steel sheet.
Appears to have worked.

Take it easy

So far, Titebond III and wood screws, many of which are Kreg pocket screws.

Also used some pneumatic brads and staples for 1/8 ply attachment (with Titebond III). But no conventional nails at all.
