A long story, and as we're just now talking, I won't repeat it. But the moral is.... never, never, NEVER, piss Joanne off when she's backing the trailer.

I guess it is easier to change in the event you do piss her off.

I tend to be ..... forceful .. at times.... Shirley climbed into my brand new mega buck minivan to drive it, because I had to be doing something else at the time....
Anyway, she went to shift it into drive and the windshield wipers started and the squirter started squirting... she had grabbed the little stalk for the wipers not the shifter..... Picturing her ripping it out of the steering column of a van with less than 100 miles on it, I very nicely shouted, "STOP.. and get out of the van...!!"
The next time she drove it, it had 45,000 miles on it, and I shifted into drive for her before she left......
Let her back up the tear..? Ha, ha, that's a good one....

...sort of looks like it jack knifed and bent some stuff. On the good side, it appears that the
tongue was long enough to limit the damage to the tongue and not your car or the trailer body.
