Here is a source for aluminum sheet.
Listed under "trailer parts" they sell .040 mill finish sheet 103" wide by the foot ,or if you are building a BIG trailer in 54' rolls.
also listed is .050 49" x 110" white finish side panels.

http://www.fleetpride.com/truck-parts/f ... ranch.html
Website says "490 locations"

Branch local to me will sell to anyone, they accept credit cards or CASH  No added freight on non-stock items if you can wait on a stock order. :D Here usually weekly.
Branch manager didn't see any problem with an order for 12 feet, but he did say, "you might want to order an extra foot or so to allow for trimming as ends might not be truly square"

Hope this helps someone out.

Will

Thanks. Good to know there is a dealer right here near me (even tho I don't have any plans to use AL skin on the first one).

You never know what the future will bring. :D

Nice find. I wish their website listed pricing. I will have to give them a call on Mon. 4 sheets of the side panels will do just fine for my build!

Thanks for the tip!

I have a branch right down the street. I'll try to stop in and see what the price is.

I bought like 50' of 103" off a coil for the latest trailer. It's .040 and ran approx. 13$ a running foot from a truck/trailer shop. Watch the thicker materials as they tend to have a bit of a memory off the coil. Just what I've experienced. Doug
