Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

I brought the trailer home in boxes yesterday. Had to drive 2 hours into Houston to pick it up. Opened the box up expecting to find instructions on assembly and wouldn't you know it, there's not a one. I took the bearings out of the axle/hub assembly and repacked them with good axle grease, then put the axle assembly together, but other than lining up the frame members, I have no idea what bolt goes where, or any of the rest of the assembly. Heck, even a few stick drawings might have been helpful.
I got the trailer at Northern Tool, but noticed a pdf file on Harbor Freight that I figured I'd download. It never would open.

Anyone know where I might find either instructions or close up pics on the trailer so I can get the "easy" part of this thing finished?

Red, does the trailer you bought have 8 or 12 in wheels...the reason I ask is the website lists 2 diff trailers in that size...the one with 8" wheels says nothing about a speed rating and the one with 12" wheels, says they are for hi-speed use...if you have the one with 8" wheels you had better check there speed rating...the only thing I ofund on the web site for assembly was this

p.s. never mind about the speed rating ...after further digging the one with 8" tirs says it is speed rated

I can't tell you how much I appreciate your offer. I'm looking at a pile of bolts, plates and angles and have no idea as to what is going on. I'd imagine the larger trailer is basically the same as mine. Just a starting point would be fine. I imagine I can figure it out after I have a starting point.

As far as speed rating, the bike guys typically buy an HF trailer, affix a Sears car top carrier to it and pack their stuff in there to haul all over the planet. There's tons of debate on the bike trailer forum as to which is better, 8 inch or 12 inch, but to date the only real variable seems to be personal preference. I went with the smaller wheels in the hope that I might be able to build out over them a bit.

I'm building mine to sleep in on an emergency basis in Baton Rouge, but primarily envision is as a vehicle for getting my gear to those wild motorcycle rallies I've come to know and love. I want to be able to pull up to the rally with my beer cold, my chair handy, and my cooler full of 400 jello shots ready to consume. When I'm heading to the rallies I'll be loaded up and won't be riding at breakneck speeds. When I'm going to Baton Rouge I'll likely be traveling very light and plan on having little more than a sleeping bag, 30 pounds worth of tools and clothes, and a folding stock mini-14 with a 30 round magazine stored in a recessed floor compartment.

BTW, anyone know the gun laws of Louisiana? In Texas we can carry a loaded shotgun or rifle with no trouble. Is it the same in Cajun country?

....keep the mag out of the weapon and you are good to go...it's actually a game law thing...in your vehicle, it is considered the same as your house as far a concealment is concerned but game law doesn't allow for a loaded weapon on a roadway...strange distinction, I know but it can save you a "harrasment" hassle by leaving the clip outta the weapon...

Thanks y'all for trying to help me out, and Tony, thanks for sending me that file, which sorta explained how to attach the axles.

I ended up with some extra parts that didn't make a lick of sense until the kind lady from Northern Tool scanned the manual and sent it to me in e form. I've got it in e-format if anyone ever needs it.

Oh, the trailer manual that I have in e-format is for the 40"x48" trailer with 8 inch wheels.
