Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

The walls are going up, finally. Before everything is buried, I'm putting in a pad eye each upper side corner for tarp tie down. Maybe rear for things too foul to be in the TV or trailer. Where else might they be handy?

I installed several large D-rings along each side of my trailer frame. They lay flat when not in use and take up less space. These are quite useful for tying down a cover tarp when storing outdoors. I also use them to tie down one end of the EZ-up when camping (as an extra safety precaution against high wind).

No pix available but I installed a couple of eye bolts along the bottom of the frame and body skirt just forward of the fenders. Good anchor points for my Tarp Tent and my Vestibule.

If they're going to be visible while going down the road, I'd consider using airline track-style anchor points. They also would let you leave the other end on your tarp so you'd just clip them into place vs having to tie/untie lines.

I can't use rings in the frame as mine is 5' wide on a 4' wide trailer. I also added one to each side of the back near the bottom, they anchor the roof I made to cover the tear for the winter, and give me a good place to tie an easy up to.
