Need Help: Galley Hatch Installation guide!

Ladies & Gentlemen,

I have bought a Li'l Bear "Better Than Hurricane" hatch and want to make sure I install it right. Can someone guide me to good instructions? I'm afraid my Google-fu and forum search skills seem to not be good enough to find the answer!

I've a video for a hatch in my build log. It's worked out pretty well. Not sure how to add it from my iPhone.
