Undercoating

Hi All,
I have been reading through the different posts on here about undercoating for the trailer floor. I see some people have just used roofing tar some use marine epoxy and other types of epoxy. I was looking and someone mentioned to use Henry's. We don't seem to have it here at HD in Canada, but I was able to find this stuff from HD in the US. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Henry-0-90-Gal-209-Elastomastic-Sealant-HE209142/100002730?N=5yc1vZar6rZ2wnZ12l0
Would that do the trick to waterproof and seal the underside of the trailer? What are your thoughts on this?
I also found this stuff at lowes here in Canada. http://www.lowes.ca/roof-coatings/black-jack-18-l-rubr-coat-57-fibered-roof-coating_g1196637.html
Thanks,
Matt
