I like the look of the wheels. Are you going to leave the sides wood? I think it looks good like it is.

Hey Chipper,

Lookin good. I like the 3" channel for the frame, been thinking that's the way to go for several reasons. If there is a TD #2 in my future, think I'll do that, but I gotta finish the 1st one..

Chip,
Looks good I see what you mean about the boat tralier. Mine looks simular. It's made out of 2" x 3" tube with 3" channel crossbars. What size is yours going to be.

Steve D (HVM) I am gonna be ready for Bama one way or the other,, My target is to be ready to go to Little Talbout in Februrary,, It may not be 100% but what the heck its going,,,

warpony,, Liked the way the wheels came together too, thanks,, Right now the outside is planned for a two toned woody, top now thats a different deal,,, what I want and what I finally come up with may be different,,time and money will tell,,,

Powder the rear of he trailer is actually higher than the front, almost a reverse tear shapeIt could go either way but I was trying for a very low frontal area and it actually is eliptical,, gives me a little more room for junk in da trunk,, so to speak,,,

Madjack,,, there will definately be a coming out party for the "Pickled Inn"

Sonetpro,,, the frame without tongue is 41"x71" plus bolt on tongue adds another 50 or so inches,,the tear is a 4x8x4 light weight minimal frill unit, the rolling frame complete with chains and temp lights weighed in at 248 lbs,, I am trying to make it light but now to the extreme.

I appreciate the good comments from everybody,,,

bar is open, drinks on my tab

Chip, I noticed three bottles in your tear. Looked like one Titebond and one Gorilla, but what was the other? :tipsy:
