I have been searching around the forum and this topic eludes me a bit. How does one go about making a water tight connection between the roof and the walls. I see in builds some sort of moulding appears to be used. But what type and how it is all done I don't really know.

Maybe there is links to enlighten me?

Welcome to the fun! There are a lot of ideas on the subject and it mostly depends on how you plan on finishing the exterior. If you are going to cover the exterior in aluminum, here's a plan for what I did: With aluminum you seal the wood then seal the seams with Butyl tape (like a wide flat plumbers putty) under the edge molding. I used vinyl cement (the kind of contact cement that is used for vinyl roofs on cars) to hold the aluminum sheets in place and it seals the wood pretty well too.

I just glued the roof ply to the walls and put 2 coats of cpes on. Built in 2007 and no leaks so far. The cpes makes a seamless coating.

I used, and others have as well, a four inch strip of fiberglass over the seam. Two inches on the roof, two inches on the wall. I then painted the whole tear, and put a decorative strip of aluminum trim on the edge. The fiberglass is completely water tight and makes a strong bond.
