Proper tire Pressure

As you might know diffrent size tires require diffrent air pressures at the same load... Here is a tip for determining the proper tire air pressure for your Tear, or anything else......

1. get some 8 1/2 x 11" sheets of Carbon Paper (the shiny stuff works best)
2. Get some regular 8 1/2 x 11" printer paper.
3. Place a piece of carbon paper ontop of a piece of printer paper (copy side tword the paper)
4. Now with the Tear loaded roll it across the carbon paper and look at the pattern that the tire made on the paper. If the pattern is darker on the edges then you'll need to add pressure to the tires, if the pattern is darker in the center then you'll need to decrease your tire pressure.. Once you get an even pattern all the way across then make note of your pressure and your done.... This should help with ride quailty and keep an even tire wear...

Hmmmmmm! Seems like a plausable suggestion. Never heard of it before, but it just might be the ticket. Would work for different traveling loads, I'd think. Thanks for the suggestion.

You can also put a wide stripe of chalk across the tread and tow srtaight across a flat parking lot. You can see where the chalk rubbed off. This works for your truck/car tires also.

If you want to get really weird you could use a tire pressure gauge.

True, but you have to know what the pressure should be...
