Hey bandit, sorry you haven't gotten an answer yet. I've been watching for the last week to see if you get an answer. I'm out of the country right now but can get you a measurement sat or Sunday if still needed. I can tell you that a hf 1720# frame is about 48 1/4" wide with about, I think, 4-5" of clearance to the inside of the tire.

I don't think that 5/8" overhang each side would be a problem.

Thanks anon1 guess it's not that important I figured if it's too close I will raise it up to clear but thanks for the help

I don't have the original wheel (but 12") and the trailer has 1 1/4 clearance per side from frame to wheel.

I was way off before. It is 4" to the centerline of my wheel/tire. I'm home now and have measured my hf 1720# with the original 12" wheel and tire.

The closest clearance is at the angle iron that holds the spring hanger. It is 7/8" between that angle and the closest part of the tire sidewall. I would think that would be too close to the side of your camper.
