Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

I've been toying with this idea of constructing a simple trailer using Galvanized sandwich panels.

By folding the panel ends, after removing enough foam, over a straight panel then riveting, would create a strong unibody box, complemented, similarly, on the floor attachment.

The thinnest panel I can get is 35mm,1 1/4" approx. Giving a weight of 2lbs/sq.ft, 10kg/sq.m.



What do you think?

I used to make and install cool rooms. We used to cut the thickness of the panel off the inside ski then cut the foam with a cheese wire to a mitre and mastic and rivet alloy angle inside and out.
Similar thing and worked well and thermal efficient

where do you get them?

Where do you get the cheese wire?
Cant remember but steel stranded fishing line would work as would piano wire ect
