OK I want to add a removable bikerack to my teardrop (towball fix)
I built her with a long tongue to mount a towball on the front, but this will add a significant amount of tongue weight so I was thinking of mounting it on the stern but worry this will be a shin killer when cooking etc
What are your ideas?

Mine is not removable (It is a cut down prototype for my Anglia Tow Bar)
A rack on the back will help with towing weight/ tongue weight
I might just put a rubber shin protector on it

How about a dual hitch extender? The bike rack goes in the top receiver and the ball mount in the bottom receiver. The load is on the tow vehicle and it's easily removable when not needed. Harbor Freight has one for $30.
