Does anyone have a good affordable source for pre-painted white Aluminum molding?
I have a color scheme going on and I think a mill finish would look weird. I am looking for a non vinyl option, aluminum trim that I can bend and not have to anneal.

I'm new here and haven't worked with the aluminum molding so take my thoughts with a grain of salt. But from what I have read on other folks' posts it takes a lot of hammer work with a deadblow to get the molding around the corners to actually lay flat. I would be worried about the paint chipping and flaking after all that hammering on a pre-painted piece.

You might look into an aluminum aerosol primer (spray paint). There are several made which will "etch" the surface & work pretty well. It may be better to shape the parts first, scuff, degrease with a thinner, then paint what you need to get a good finish on the parts. Aluminum is tough to paint, unless you use the right primer. For small stuff this might be the best way to go.

X2 on the etch primer first if you go that route
