I don't understand this. Could this be correct? I am not understanding the frame and axle.

We can't see what is above the plywood.

Even if there is structure above the plywood, the wood might compress at the inboard attach point and cause many problems, alignment being one. The wood does not look water proofed. The wiring job does not look like it is here to stay. Just me, but I do not like the looks of it.

I agree with all of the above. I would think a good pothole could almost bend the whole thing in half right down the center.

Description is very vague and almost seems to be in broken English...second flag
Looking at what pic's there are, craftsmanship, there is none.....third flag

Gosh.. torsion suspension with a half axle bolted ONLY to plywood has to be the worst nightmare to come. This should be parked and left!
