Cleaning Aluminum

Ok guys, I already finished my tear. Now I need to clean all the stains, fingerprints, butyl stains and even some silicone. Any ideas?

If it's polished this is the best I've ever found for that mirror finish, as far as just cleaning try "Goof Off" And as always try in a hidden or not noticeable place first.
