Salvaging Pickup camper top for the Windows

I have access to a few old cheap pickup camper tops. I'm eyeing the narrow sliding Windows to put in the teardrop. Anyone have luck with trying this?

I found an old motor home in our pick n pull junkyard and salvaged all the smaller windows.
