Here is a profile drawing of my TD.
I've already got the metal and will start making some photo's tonight.

How do I resize and rotate the images so they better fit the screen?

Bandit, you are going to need a "resizing" program such as irfanview
to resize your photos...resizing them to 640x480(approx) and saving at 72 DPI will give you quick upload time, and make it easier for those on dialup to view...

Looking good, but you might want to work on those doors some more - if your sides are 48" high, the doors scale at 28" high which is too low to get your head out of. If you want to have smaller doors for the look of it, it might be a good idea to make a cardboard mock-up, to check that you can get in and out easily.

Good point on the doors. I just drew some in to see what they looked like. Aesthetics look good but I guess they are not practical.
I'll dim them out when I get to the sides.

I'm using thin wall tubing for the main frame and a thick wall tubing for the tongue supported by angle iron.
I'll build in the supports for the drop floor, but may not install it now.
And I will probably add the front box later, slit in half so the lower is accessed from inside and the top is accessed from outside.

I'm trying to maximize my space in a 4x8 by 5 wide.

I'm 5'10 @ 175 and my wife is 5'6 at 125 so I don't think we should have to build a 5 X 10.

5X10 material is very hard to find and very costly to ship.

I agree with the door sizes... 30" wide x 40" high is a comfortable size... Anything else is just a compromise...
