Cabin with a fold out or slide out for the bed

I saw a picture a while back of a TD with a fold out in the cabin for the bed but have been unable to find it. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

This what you were looking for? I'm planning a slide in camperette and was considering doing this, or something similar to gain more interior room.
