I have been unable to find a good method for building a custom curved polycarbonate skylight, like this one (from Timberleaf):

My best guess is something like this:

What do you think, am I on the right track?

Hi there. I know I am digging up an old post here, but I'm wondering what you settled on and how it worked out for you. I'm at this stage of the build myself and looking for a good solution. Thanks.

It's been many years since I've bent polycarbonate! Used to make landing light lenses for small aircraft using a wood form and an oven. 350 degrees and watch it start to go over the form. It happens quick! Stretch acrylic is what aircraft windows are made from. Cut out a piece from an old window, throw it in the oven. Returns to its original state! Usually a block!
